What is Go Ape Bootcamp?
Go Ape Bootcamp is an Indoor Bootcamp designed to help men and women lose weight and tone up. Our classes consist of some running, boxing, bodyweight calestenics, dynamic functional exercises, resistance band work and many other modes of exercise which will provide you with a great workout. Our trainers know exactly how to make each exercise harder or easier for each individual so we can cater for all shapes, sizes, experience and fitness levels.
Our classes run continually, there is no specified week program so you can come and start at any time.
I'm not very fit, is it going to be too hard for me?
Our bootcamps are not your traditional "in your face" hardcore type class. We will push and motivate you but you can go at your own pace. Some of our campers are total beginners, others have been coming for a while and then we have some who are very fit. It doesn't matter what level you are at we will work you out just enough so that you keep seeing results. However anyone one that is injured, has health conditions or is coming back from a long lay off that they see their doctor to obtain a clearance. We will not make you feel intimidated, feel stupid because you cannot keep up or feel un-co-ordinated. Don't worry our focus is on fun and a friendly but challenging class.
I want to bust it up...and get super fit...I'm already a seasoned trainer...will your class help me?
If you want to go hard then our instructors will push you to your limits. All our instructors are qualified personal trainers and not just bootcamp instructors. As a personal trainer it is essential that every person be treated individually and pushed at their own pace. In a group environment, every exercise can either be made harder or easier depending on the clients abilities. So we can definitely take you to your limits and beyond.
What makes Go Ape Bootcamp Different to Other Bootcamps?
Firstly we are indoors so this means there are no excuses for not coming. In winter traditional outdoor bootcamps can lose up to 70-90% of their attendance. Nobody likes training in the freezing cold, wet ground and in dark when we're in the heart of winter. Our facility is the biggest indoor bootcamp with over 1000m2 of incredible workout area which makes it one of, if not the biggest indoor bootcamp facility in Sydney. This means that we can replicate every drill, exercise or program as if it were an outdoor program. Many indoor bootcamps are in much smaller areas and are really just glorified aerobic classes with a few weights. We have secure parking and ammenities (Showers and Change Rooms) as well as awesome music and air conditioning. We hold regular FREE Nutrition Seminars so you can learn about healthy eating. Our trainers offer 24 hour, 7 day free email and SMS support.
How Long does each class go for?
Each class goes for 1 hour.
Is it safe to come if I have injuries or health conditions?
Our classes are designed to push you and get you results. Even though you can go at your own pace, sometimes our competitive nature gets the better of us. We insist that you see your physician or doctor and get approval before signing up to our class if you have any form of injuries or health conditions. Al our trainers are cert IV and above qualified, so they know safe exercise design and technique. But we are always going to err on the side of safety.
What should I bring with me to your class?
Wear light workout gear, good pair of joggers, bring water, bring a towel for hygeinic reasons, bring any asthma puffers etc, hopefully bring less and less body fat each week.
What happens if I can't make it one day?
It's generally "use it or lose it" but we do have a makeup policy which applies for emergencies or unforseen circumstances.

What happens if it rains?
It's no problem...we are totally indoors!
Can we ever train outdoors?
We sure can, we have also been allocated a huge outdoor area so we can change it up every now and then. Variety is certainly the spice of life with Go Ape Bootcamp. We have stairs, we have ropes, we have suspension training TRX's, we have truck tyres and obstacle courses...its great.
Do I get a discount for referring or bringing friends?
Our business relies on referrals, so for every person that you refer who signs up for one of our program you will receive two weeks free boot camp. Bring two people who sign up each month and you can have free boot camp for ever.
