So we thought...let's make it fun instead of work, let's add killer workouts, nutrition seminars and client homework like we do with Personal Training so people get Results, let's make people accountable by charging what we're worth and making it auto debit - because money is a great motivator - and people tend to turn up when they are paying...what a concept!, let's make it different to any other boot camp so people don't get bored and so they keep progressing.
The result is the first Indoor Bankstown Bootcamp for people of all fitness levels..with beginners most welcome.
We have designed what we believe to be the most effective workout program for people wanting to lose weight and tone up in the least amount of time.
Our workouts combine cardio, resistance and core conditioning by using bodyweight, suspension training, interval training and dynamic functional exercise to create a one hour fun-filled, fat burning workout.
